About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to work remotely on a part‑time basis, collaborating with AI development teams to shape project planning, resource allocation and risk management. The role bridges technical staff and clients, ensuring AI training materials and model outputs align with real‑world project management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with AI engineers to provide expert insights on project scheduling, resource distribution and risk mitigation.
• Develop, review and refine AI training content that captures best practices across multiple industries.
• Translate complex project scenarios into data‑rich examples for AI model training.
• Lead client‑facing interactions, aligning expectations and deliverables with technical teams.
• Continuously assess AI‑generated outputs for relevance, accuracy and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience across diverse sectors and project sizes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including budget and resource management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation and adaptive planning.
