Aircraft Examiner (General)

About the role

The Aircraft Examiner (General) will work within the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Production Department of FLTREADCEN EAST. The role focuses on assessing aircraft components, determining their compliance with quality standards, and directing necessary repair or replacement actions.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate aircraft components to decide if they meet quality standards or require removal.
• Consider aircraft condition, flight hours, modifications, material availability, and shop workload when making decisions.
• Prepare and route paperwork to ensure proper sequencing of work through the various shops.
• Generate lists of missing or uneconomical items for procurement through the supply system.
• Perform minor trade tasks to support inspections and evaluations.

Required profile

• Experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, or overhaul environments.
• Strong understanding of quality assessment criteria for aviation components.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and maintenance records.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
