About the role
The Administrative Assistant (Level 3) provides high‑volume support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations through precise calendar management, meeting coordination, and logistical execution. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of the executive office in a fast‑paced banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex, high‑volume calendars for 3‑4 Senior Vice Presidents, resolving conflicts and prioritising meetings.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including virtual set‑ups, room bookings, catering, and materials for workshops, town halls, and internal events.
- Arrange domestic travel and accommodations in line with company policies and prepare expense reports.
- Provide administrative support such as document formatting, filing, and record‑keeping.
- Assist Senior Executive Assistants with calendar coverage and continuity of service.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Professional communication style and discretion when handling confidential information.
