About the role
The Front Desk & Office Assistant supports the daily operations of Urbacon’s office by managing reception, handling visitor and call flow, and providing administrative assistance. This is a front‑facing, on‑site position ideal for an organized, dependable individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients and employees, manage sign‑in procedures and ensure safety compliance.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls.
- Maintain a clean, professional reception area and coordinate meeting‑room bookings.
- Support Executive Assistants and Project Administrators with meeting set‑up, catering and logistics.
- Order and replenish office snacks, beverages and pantry supplies; operate kitchen equipment.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events such as parties, picnics and corporate gatherings.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document management and distribution of corporate correspondence.
- Provide backup coverage for Office Services Coordinator and lunch coverage as needed.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in a high‑traffic, fast‑moving office environment.
- Reliable and able to multitask across varied responsibilities.
