Accountant – SaaS Company

About the role

LBMX is seeking an Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations for its growing SaaS business. Reporting to the Junior Controller, you will handle a mix of payable, receivable, treasury, and month‑end activities while contributing to finance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process employee expense reports and reconcile company credit cards.
• Support treasury and cash‑management activities.
• Prepare and submit government remittances.
• Maintain third‑party accounting records for managed services clients.
• Prepare month‑end reconciliations for balance‑sheet accounts.
• Create working papers and journal entries for period‑end close.
• Maintain customer billing information in Salesforce ERP.
• Support internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Assist with year‑end audit engagements and special finance projects.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Strong practical knowledge of accounting practices and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team priorities.
