Restructuring Manager – Deals Tax

About the role

Join PwC's Deals Tax team as a Restructuring Manager, working on high‑profile restructuring, insolvency and M&A transactions across multiple sectors. You will gain exposure to complex, cross‑border deals while developing your expertise alongside senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of key client accounts.
• Collaborate directly with clients, external lawyers, bankers and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with PwC professionals worldwide to deliver efficient client solutions.
• Prepare and manage client deliverables throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Provide on‑the‑job guidance to junior team members and support senior colleagues.
• Apply commercial insights to transaction work and client advisory.

Required profile

• Accounting or tax qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CAI, ATT, CTA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong planning and delivery skills under pressure.
• Adaptable to change and new situations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Analytical and logical approach to problem‑solving.
• Willingness to learn and work outside your comfort zone.
