About the role
The Workspace Sales Specialist – Renewals will help grow Google Workspace revenue by maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will demonstrate product value, guide customers through key use cases, and drive business transformation using cloud solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing Workspace customers.
- Deliver business value and product demonstrations to showcase key use cases.
- Engage clients, build internal and external alignment, and manage opportunities in an overlay model with Field Sales.
- Prospect, qualify, develop, and facilitate new Workspace opportunities driven by cloud transformation.
- Build a pipeline and collaborate with account teams to create customer solutions and close agreements.
- Lead day‑to‑day interactions with external stakeholders, applying empathy and identifying innovative growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer‑facing role in enterprise software or cloud.
- Experience selling SaaS, productivity, or collaboration technology solutions.
- Proven ability to secure and grow customer bases and exceed strategic business goals.
- Experience planning and organizing solution‑based sales activities within complex sales cycles.
- Track record of building and maintaining long‑term executive relationships.
- Cross‑functional collaboration experience with account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal.
- Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in cloud, productivity, and collaboration.
