Workspace & Employee Experience Coordinator

About the role

LGI Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Workspace & Employee Experience Coordinator to manage office facilities and ensure a positive experience for staff and visitors at its downtown Montreal location. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the day‑to‑day operations of the office environment and contributes to the company’s culture of curiosity and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between LGI and building landlords, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Culture & Talent, and IT.
• Manage the full lifecycle of service contracts for leased spaces, including monitoring, quality control, renewals, and vendor performance.
• Process and validate office‑related invoices and follow up on payments.
• Coordinate office improvement and renovation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Maintain workplace safety through access control, alarm systems, emergency procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Welcome employees and visitors, handling reception duties with professionalism.
• Oversee logistical onboarding of new hires, including office access, equipment setup, welcome gifts, and inventory management.
• Manage on‑site amenities such as fruit, coffee, snacks, and replenish office and kitchen supplies.
• Ensure collaborative workspaces, conference rooms, and common areas are well‑maintained and functional.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience in facilities or office administration preferred.
