About the role
The Workshop Facilitator will support first‑ and second‑year students by delivering interactive workshops on study strategies, case analysis, and exam preparation. This part‑time position is based in the Education Building at McGill University.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with 1st & 2nd year students and answer specific questions.
- Coordinate and prepare workshop materials using universal design principles.
- Lead workshop discussions on topics such as case reading, note‑taking, study habits, and exam writing.
- Respond to student inquiries during and after sessions.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in workshop facilitation or related field.
- Authorization to work in Canada and willingness to work in Quebec.
- Proficiency in English (level assessed at qualifier # on a 0‑4 scale).

What we offer
- Hourly wage of $25 CAD.
- Flexible schedule: approximately 5 hours per week.
- Fixed‑term contract from 31 August 2026 to 15 March 2027.
