Wireline Completion Supervisor and Operator

About the role

We are hiring for two on‑site positions in Red Deer and Bonnyville, Alberta – a Wireline Completion Supervisor and an Experienced Wireline/E‑Line Operator. Both roles are full‑time, rotating (16 days on / 5 days off) and focus on delivering safe, high‑quality wireline logging and completion services for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 1‑4 wireline operators, coordinate equipment and job planning, and ensure quality control of log data.
• Manage safe handling and transport of explosive materials and maintain compliance with HSE standards.
• Drive and rig wireline units to and from job sites, assemble/disassemble logging tools, and perform daily hazard assessments.
• Maintain and service equipment after each job and complete required inspections and logbooks.
• Build strong relationships with customer representatives and mentor crew members.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of wireline experience (supervisory or operator level).
• Valid clean driver’s licence (Class 3 preferred).
• H2S and First Aid certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to travel up to 75 % and work flexible hours, especially during winter operations.
