About the role

Managed.com is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide technical support for web hosting, website, and email issues. The role is remote‑first and operates on Eastern Time, offering assistance via phone, email, tickets, and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support through phone, email/tickets, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced website and email issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and fix errors for CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Explain DNS settings and web design tools in clear, customer‑friendly language.
• Address and escalate pre‑sales, sales, and billing inquiries as needed.
• Schedule and conduct callbacks to ensure a smooth support experience.

Required profile

• Experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for websites and email systems.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with web hosting platforms is a strong plus.
• Customer service background or related tech role is an asset.
