Web Front-End Developer

About the role

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Web Front-End Developer to enhance and maintain its corporate website. You will work closely with design, marketing, e‑commerce and digital teams to deliver a fast, accessible, and SEO‑friendly online experience.

Key responsibilities

• Transform Figma designs and mock‑ups into responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain reusable front‑end components for consistency and scalability.
• Create, update, and manage WordPress pages, templates, custom fields, plugins, and site architecture including menus, taxonomies, and custom post types.
• Monitor and improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, load time, and overall user experience.
• Conduct cross‑browser and cross‑device testing, troubleshoot bugs, and address QA feedback.
• Support usability testing and provide technical feedback on design feasibility.
• Write clean, maintainable code using best practices and version control.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and responsive web development.
• Experience converting Figma designs into production‑ready pages.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress theme and plugin development, including basic PHP.
• Understanding of accessibility, technical SEO, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with tools such as PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and Search Console.
• Comfortable with cross‑browser testing, debugging, QA processes, and Git.
