PLM Lead

About the role

Accenture’s Industry X practice is looking for a PLM Lead to drive digital engineering and manufacturing transformations for global clients. The role will combine deep PLM expertise with strategic consulting to help organisations redesign product development, sourcing, manufacturing and service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the client‑Accenture relationship and own overall engagement success, including executive steering meetings and delivery of implementation milestones.
• Lead global, multi‑geography PLM projects, coordinating on‑shore, near‑shore and off‑shore teams, and managing scheduling, logistics and resources.
• Develop and present road‑maps that compare current and future state architectures, and define technical designs for end‑to‑end PLM and technical business processes.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on PLM, Master Data Management and manufacturing IT, and track deliverables, risks and hyper‑care activities.
• Support sales activities from proposal development to client presentations and help refine offering collateral.

Required profile

• Extensive experience (13+ years) with major PLM platforms such as PTC, Dassault Systemes, Siemens, SAP‑PLM or Oracle Agile, and with manufacturing IT systems (ERP, MES, QMS).
• Proven ability to redesign end‑to‑end R&D and technical processes, create digital transformation road‑maps, and articulate the business value of PLM solutions.
• Strong English communication skills for interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the United States and other global locations.
