Warehouse Supervisor – Operations Lead

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily logistics operations at Rosehill Online’s Grimsby facility. You will coordinate inventory management, oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments while supervising a team of over 20 staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize operational plans to meet workflow demands.
• Organize tasks, coordinate activities with other units, and prepare regular reports.
• Oversee inventory control, compile inventory reports, and maintain supply storage areas.
• Arrange maintenance and repair of machinery, and ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Train workers, conduct performance reviews, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP education with 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to supervise more than 20 employees.
• Capability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lb).
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational and leadership skills.
