Warehouse Packer

About the role

The Warehouse Packer supports event logistics by preparing, packing, and organizing materials for events. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pack and organize event items such as décor, equipment, and materials according to order specifications.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks for event deliveries and pickups.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory management and order accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks on all packed items to meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, following health and safety regulations.
• Follow company procedures for packing, labeling, and storing items.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address inventory or packing issues.
• Report damaged or missing items to the Warehouse Manager and help maintain inventory records.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Clear communication with onsite, warehouse, and management teams.
• Extremely punctual and reliable.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends during peak event periods.
• Use of steel‑toed boots and adherence to safety standards.
• Reliable personal transportation.
