Warehouse Associate – Order Picking & Packing

About the role

AFIMAC Canada is seeking Warehouse Associates to pick, pack and ship orders for its Alberta operations. The position offers $28 per hour, 10‑hour shifts with possible overtime, and temporary accommodation when required.

Key responsibilities

• Fill, check and pack customer orders accurately.
• Assist with receiving and handling incoming products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and merchandise.
• Lift items up to 50 lbs and move material by hand or using equipment.
• Operate a powered/electric pallet jack and basic material‑handling tools.
• Follow set productivity standards and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Ability to follow established procedures.
• At least one year of warehouse experience (preferred).
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Self‑starter, highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Operate powered/electric pallet jack.
• Use basic material‑handling equipment.
