About the role
We are looking for a Bottle Depot Supervisor to lead a small team in our Calgary facility. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, and providing excellent service to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Train workers on duties, policies, and safety procedures.
- Arrange and deliver ongoing staff training.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work assignments.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Ensure equipment is serviced and operational.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with strong flexibility and organization.
- Team player able to supervise 5‑10 people.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to creating a welcoming environment for youth.
