Warehouse Associate

About the role

Spark Power is seeking a part‑time Warehouse Associate to support inventory management and shipping/receiving operations. The role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and works closely with multiple departments to ensure efficient material handling.

Key responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders, record shortages or damages, and maintain internal records.
• Manage inventory through cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and adjustments.
• Stage materials for upcoming jobs, coordinate equipment and supplies, and ensure tool and PPE availability.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Branch Managers, Operations, and the Fleet Manager to support field operations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in electrical contracting or construction is a strong asset.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in a deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Forklift operator license (asset).
