VP, Revenue Operations

About the role

Safe Software is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to design and own the operating model for its go‑to‑market organization, reporting directly to the CRO and presenting to the board.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enforce the operating model, including CRM configuration, forecasting process, and Rules of Engagement across multiple revenue motions.
• Define territory, account ownership, lead routing, partner co‑sell policies, and qualification gates (MEDDPICC) and ensure compliance.
• Build and lead the RevOps function, hiring analysts, sales enablement staff, and establishing onboarding, methodology, and playbook standards.
• Own forecasting, pipeline metrics, and AI‑native GTM stack, delivering accurate reports to the CRO and board.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling RevOps or similar revenue‑operations functions in high‑growth SaaS companies.
• Strong ability to influence senior sales leaders, enforce processes, and present data‑driven insights to executive leadership and boards.
