Outside Sales Design Consultant – $150K+ First Year Potential

About the role

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated outside sales professionals to act as design consultants, meeting homeowners in Kamloops and surrounding areas. You will turn pre‑qualified appointments into high‑value window and patio door sales, with uncapped commission potential.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in‑home consultations with homeowners.
• Assess customer needs and recommend customized window and patio door solutions.
• Present product options, pricing, financing, and warranties.
• Guide customers through a consultative sales process and close deals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Generate referrals and develop self‑generated business opportunities.
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven success in commission‑based, outside or in‑home sales environments.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence presenting and closing face‑to‑face.
• Competitive, self‑motivated mindset with high personal accountability.
• Willingness to learn, be coached and work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
