About the role
Hyprwork is seeking a senior marketing leader to own the full marketing function as the company transitions from a founder‑led operation to a multi‑brand holding. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Marketing will drive strategy, execution and P&L for the entire portfolio, currently anchored by the Rejuvacare brand.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the marketing strategy, channel mix, budget allocation and customer acquisition/retention plans across the Hyprwork portfolio.
- Set annual and quarterly marketing plans, present them to the executive team and ensure delivery against targets.
- Lead the performance‑marketing engine, overseeing five channel pod leads across Meta, Google, Native, AppLovin and TikTok.
- Manage the creative production team that generates hundreds of assets weekly.
- Build the next layer of marketing leadership as new brands are added to the portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with founders during the transition phase, earning decision‑making authority.
Required profile
- Proven experience scaling direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands with a performance‑first mindset.
- Hands‑on leader comfortable with data‑driven decision making and P&L responsibility.
- Ability to work in a remote‑first, async environment and navigate founder partnership dynamics.
- Strong track record of building and scaling marketing teams.
