Associate Account Manager – Amazon Affiliate Programs

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Associate Account Manager to lead our Amazon affiliate marketing programs. You will manage partner relationships, optimize campaign performance, and support senior account managers in delivering results for our brand clients.
Key responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of Amazon partner programs on Levanta and Wayward, including onboarding, commission setup, link management, and campaign configuration.
- Monitor daily performance metrics (clicks, conversions, revenue) and flag anomalies or suspicious activity.
- Support senior account managers by preparing client‑ready reports, participating in calls, and responding to queries on Amazon program activity.
- Maintain accurate partner records and assist in recruiting new affiliates across editorial, influencer, and media‑buyer categories.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports at partner and ASIN level, tracking incremental sales, new customer metrics, and Best Seller Rank trends.
- Coordinate creative assets, flat‑fee and CPA deals, and campaign activations for key sales events such as Prime Day and Black Friday.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure brand guidelines and policy adherence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in partner, affiliate, or digital marketing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
