About the role
We are seeking a Vice President of Client Growth to lead post‑sales growth strategy for enterprise accounts across Canada. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape retention, expansion and long‑term partnership value, working closely with delivery, sales and practice teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the client growth strategy, ensuring strong retention, expansion and portfolio health across key accounts.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with sales, delivery and practice teams to create commercially sound and operationally feasible account plans.
- Build forecasting, portfolio visibility and performance tracking frameworks to improve decision‑making and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and lead a high‑performing client growth organization, coaching senior leaders and building enterprise account management capability.
- Drive commercial excellence in pricing, scope management, margin optimization and renewal planning to improve profitability and Net Revenue Retention.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in client growth, account management or enterprise client services within agency, consulting or professional services environments.
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise client portfolios and translating relationships into sustainable revenue growth.
- Strong commercial acumen in forecasting, pricing, scoping and revenue expansion.
- Excellent executive stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior client and internal leaders.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
