About the role

The Vice President of Human Resources will shape and execute a forward‑looking people strategy that drives business growth, operational excellence, and cultural alignment. Reporting to the Portfolio Group President and COO, this leader acts as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, talent optimization, and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR and talent strategy aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow high‑performing HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, learning & development, total rewards, HR operations, and compliance.
• Drive workforce and succession planning, leadership development, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for HR due diligence and integration during mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with Central HR services to deliver scalable, consistent people solutions across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably within complex, multi‑business environments.
• Proven track record of influencing executive teams and shaping people strategy.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes, talent acquisition, and organizational design.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
