Video Producer

About the role

Relay is looking for a Video Producer to join its Marketing team and bring the brand to life on screen. You will own the full video creation process, from concept to polished final product, helping small‑business owners understand and engage with Relay’s financial platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop video concepts aligned with Relay’s brand, product, and audience, following YouTube best practices.
• Lead end‑to‑end production: scripting, scheduling, shoot logistics, on‑camera direction, and editing oversight.
• Source and coordinate talent, freelancers, and vendors while keeping projects on time and on budget.
• Partner with Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing to align video output with campaigns and product launches.
• Build and maintain production workflows that ensure consistent, high‑quality output.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of video production experience, owning projects from concept through delivery.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of formats, tones, and audiences with a clear creative point of view.
• Hands‑on expertise with YouTube’s algorithm, content architecture, and optimization levers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple productions without sacrificing quality.
• Proactive communication style and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with After Effects or motion‑design tools.
• Knowledge of AI‑assisted video tools for scripting, captions, or B‑roll.
• YouTube platform expertise, including algorithmic and SEO considerations.
