Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

Jumpfactor is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for its Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients. You will own a portfolio of North‑American B2B accounts, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth while identifying upsell and referral opportunities. This fully remote, high‑impact position shapes client success and agency expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, achieve high NPS scores, and manage churn through proactive engagement.
• Oversee campaign performance, ensure ROI targets (CPL, MCAC) are met, and provide transparent performance updates to clients.
• Manage client tickets, meet SLA standards, conduct quality checks, and document insights for continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management or client success experience in a digital marketing agency, preferably with North‑American B2B retainer clients.
• Proven track record of client retention, renewals, upsells, and revenue accountability.
• Strong English communication skills, comfortable leading client calls and handling difficult conversations.
