Vice President, Product Management, Rewards – Enterprise Loyalty

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for its Rewards – Enterprise Loyalty portfolio. The leader will drive the global strategy, growth and go‑to‑market execution of loyalty solutions that help financial institutions, merchants and digital partners deepen customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global product strategy for Enterprise Loyalty rewards, setting growth priorities and commercial targets.
• Shape the long‑term vision for modernizing rewards and creating differentiated value propositions for clients.
• Translate market opportunities, client needs and competitive dynamics into a focused portfolio roadmap, commercial models and execution plans.
• Lead products from concept through commercialization, launch, adoption and scale across multiple regions and client segments.
• Own go‑to‑market planning, including positioning, value proposition, sales enablement, pricing inputs and launch readiness.
• Engage financial institutions, merchants, digital partners and strategic clients in co‑creation and market validation.
• Partner with Consulting, Engineering, Data Science, CXD, Delivery, Servicing, Marketing and regional teams to deliver scalable, client‑ready solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in loyalty and rewards product management.
