About the role
The Vice President, Cash, Derivatives & Collateral will lead BCI’s Cash Management and Derivatives & Collateral teams. This senior position is responsible for overseeing OTC derivative valuations, SIMM/UMR compliance, FX hedging, securities lending and cash optimisation across a multi‑client, multi‑fund platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage OTC derivative valuation processes and ensure regulatory compliance (SIMM/UMR).
- Design and execute FX hedging strategies and securities‑lending programmes.
- Optimise cash flows, bridge financing and daily liquidity intelligence for the Asset Allocation Committee.
- Lead the Cash Management team in money‑market activity, client liquidity centralisation and FX coordination.
- Direct the Derivatives & Collateral team to provide market access across ETD and OTC products.
- Collaborate with investment teams to translate strategy into operational solutions using quantitative models and AI‑powered tools.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in derivatives valuation, cash management and collateral operations.
- Proven leadership of technically specialised teams in an asset‑management environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing derivatives and collateral.
- Ability to work closely with investment, risk and technology partners.
