Vendor Enrollment Specialist (Contract)

About the role

Entertainment Partners Canada, the lead provider of financial services to the Canadian entertainment industry, is hiring a Vendor Enrollment Specialist on a contract basis. The specialist is the first point of contact for CashetPay clients, helping them set up vendors for payment through the vendor portal and web portal.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vendor outreach and onboarding through the CASHetPay Vendor Portal or approved alternatives
• Respond to client and vendor emails in Salesforce in a timely manner
• Collect, review and validate vendor banking, tax and payment information
• Set up and maintain vendor records in Salesforce, CASHetPay and banking partner systems
• Process domestic and foreign vendor setups according to documented guidelines
• Monitor and respond to Salesforce cases and queues, and follow up on stale or uncashed checks and outdated checks
• Escalate discrepancies, missing information or risk indicators, and coordinate with the payment processor (Exactuals) for foreign vendors
• Complete missing details on mapped vendors from accounting software in the Master Vendor List

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing approach
• Attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in film production is an asset; experience with Salesforce is also an asset
