User Experience Designer – Enterprise & AI Products

About the role

The User Experience Designer will shape intuitive, human‑centered experiences for complex enterprise and AI‑driven products. Working closely with clients, product managers, engineers and business stakeholders, you will apply design thinking to translate ambiguous problems into clear, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX initiatives from discovery through delivery for enterprise platforms and AI solutions.
• Translate vague business challenges into intuitive user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Plan and facilitate design‑thinking workshops, ideation sessions and co‑creation activities.
• Mentor and guide a team of UX designers, ensuring high‑quality execution and design consistency.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to define product vision, business objectives and success metrics.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to senior leadership and clients with confidence.
• Explore and adopt AI‑powered design tools to enhance research, ideation, prototyping and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a related field.
• 8+ years of UX/Product design experience, preferably in enterprise, data, analytics or AI‑focused products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design thinking and problem‑solving.
• Proven experience leading complex design projects and mentoring designers.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder‑management abilities.
