UI Designer & AI Trainer (Independent Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to help train AI chatbots. You will design diverse conversation prompts, craft high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines. No prior AI experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Generate varied conversational scenarios across multiple topics.
• Write clear, accurate answers based on specific prompts.
• Compare performance of different AI models and report findings.
• Research and fact‑check AI‑generated content.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker.
• Completed or in‑progress bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing communications for a small business or as a self‑employed professional.
• Excellent writing, research, and fact‑checking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet quality standards.
• Residency in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
