Truck Drivers Supervisor

About the role

The Truck Drivers Supervisor will lead a team of drivers and support staff to ensure efficient and safe transportation operations. This full‑time, permanent position is based in Edmonton and offers flexible early‑morning scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and other operational reports.
• Recommend measures to improve work methods and efficiency.
• Supervise drivers, workers, and related projects.
• Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities.
• Recommend personnel actions and manage staffing needs.
• Coordinate repairs, rentals, and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in transportation or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent oral communication, organized, and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Operation of signal and track switch control panels.
