Truck Driver Supervisor

About the role

The company is seeking a Truck Driver Supervisor to oversee its fleet and driver team in Edmonton. You will coordinate daily dispatch, ensure safety compliance, and support project delivery across construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and other operational reports.
• Supervise truck drivers and other workers on various projects.
• Coordinate and schedule driver activities, dispatching, and traffic control.
• Train drivers or arrange for training as needed.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all sites.
• Recommend personnel actions and manage staffing adjustments.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school diploma).
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass a criminal record check.
• Flexible schedule with availability for shifts, days, weekends, and overtime.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
