About the role
Onway Logistics & Warehousing Inc is seeking a reliable Truck Driver‑Supervisor to join its Calgary team. You will combine hands‑on driving duties with supervisory responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other operational reports.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve work methods, productivity, and product quality.
- Resolve work‑related problems, provide technical advice, and supervise workers and projects.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities, repairs, and equipment rentals.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in truck driving and supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
