Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead daily operations of our Calgary facility, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness. This role combines oversight of maintenance, staff supervision, and administrative services to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control operations of the commercial facility, including safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee preparation of reports and statistics, estimate equipment costs, and manage the facility’s operations budget.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff while organizing administrative services such as cleaning, parking, security, and snow removal.
• Maintain and repair machinery, electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and manage inventory.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or facility management.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
