About the role
UE System is looking for a Training Support Specialist to join its North American Training team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience from course registration through certification.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and route complex issues to the Training Manager.
- Process and manage course registrations, confirming status and communicating updates.
- Generate and distribute invoices for training orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support invoicing processes.
- Identify patterns in feedback and suggest improvements to training operations.
Required profile
- Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and balances customer interaction with detail‑oriented tasks.
- Demonstrates ownership, clear communication, and timely follow‑up.
- Works well with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
