About the role

We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to help train AI chatbots. You will create diverse conversation prompts, craft high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines. No prior AI experience is required, only strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

Design varied conversational scenarios covering a wide range of topics.
Write clear, accurate answers to specific prompts.
Compare performance of multiple AI models and provide feedback.
Research and fact‑check AI‑generated content.

Required profile

Fluent English speaker.
Current or completed bachelor's degree.
Experience managing business communications or self‑employment.
Excellent writing, research, and independent work habits.

Required skills

What we offer

Choose projects and schedule that fit your availability (5‑40 hours/week).
Remote work from your own computer.
Hourly pay starting at $25‑$30 USD, with bonus rates on select projects.
