Training & Education Contractor – Project-Based

About the role

New Heights OCD & Anxiety is looking for a contractor to enhance and expand its clinician training program. This project‑based role will involve reviewing, organizing, and updating existing curriculum and educational resources on the Thinkific platform.

Key responsibilities

• Review and optimise current training modules and learning pathways within Thinkific.
• Structure training content into a scalable, organised learning pathway.
• Strengthen the clinician onboarding curriculum.
• Develop advanced training materials and educational resources.
• Centralise clinical resources such as handouts, videos, and reference materials.
• Identify training gaps and recommend future educational priorities.
• Help create a sustainable training framework to support organisational growth.

Required profile

• Experience in clinical education, healthcare education, learning and development, therapist training, curriculum or program design, preferably in mental‑health or healthcare settings.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and organised with a passion for building educational systems.
• Ability to take an existing program and strengthen it while thinking strategically and executing tasks.
• Enjoys helping professionals learn and develop.

Required skills

• Thinkific (online learning platform) – experience preferred.

What we offer

• 8–12 hours per week for a 3‑month contract.
• Compensation of $60–$80 per hour, based on experience.
