Third Key Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Third Key Associate to support store operations in our Saint John boutique. Reporting to the manager, you will coordinate daily activities, deliver high‑quality customer service and step in as a backup manager when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the boutique according to schedule.
• Monitor and respond to emails multiple times daily.
• Ensure the website content is up‑to‑date throughout the day.
• Replace the manager during vacations or illness and make decisions on customer issues.
• Lead the team, take initiative and act as a sales consultant.
• Provide in‑store customer service that meets company standards.
• Contribute to achieving sales and productivity targets and track performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, even when the manager is present.
• Reliability to cover managerial duties when required.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for email and website updates.
