About the role
The Therapy Aide supports health‑care professionals in delivering patient‑focused care at Jot Wellness Centre. This full‑time, permanent position involves hands‑on assistance, equipment management, and administrative tasks in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist health‑care professionals with patient care and follow‑through on treatment programs.
- Develop and distribute informational materials for patients.
- Set up, dismantle, clean and maintain therapy equipment and supplies.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, and process related paperwork.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments and perform general clerical duties.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization and teamwork.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and electronic mail.
