Territory Manager – Luxury Portfolio (On‑Premise) – Calgary

About the role

Breakthru Beverage Canada is looking for a Territory Manager to lead on‑premise sales of its Luxury portfolio in Calgary. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong relationships with on‑premise accounts, and promoting premium wine, spirits and cocktail brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage territory coverage to ensure excellent execution of sales plans.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and executing effective sales drivers.
• Promote and educate customers about luxury alcoholic beverage offerings through training and tastings.
• Maintain and grow existing volume and distribution by building long‑term relationships with accounts.
• Manage marketing and promotional budgets and execute brand activation activities.
• Conduct sales calls using the company’s Structured Call methodology and report on competitive activity.
• Coordinate consumer samplings, educational sessions and sponsorship event promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the luxury food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and craft cocktails.
• Excellent relationship‑building, networking and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan and meet quota and distribution objectives.
