About the role
Breakthru Beverage Canada is seeking a Territory Manager for the Calgary North region within the Pinnacle Division. The role focuses on driving sales, expanding brand distribution, and maintaining strong relationships with on‑premise and off‑premise accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage territory coverage to ensure excellent execution of sales plans.
- Plan daily, weekly and quarterly activities to meet quota and distribution objectives.
- Maintain and grow existing volume and distribution through long‑term relationships with accounts.
- Conduct product tastings, education sessions and execute sales calls using the Structured Call methodology.
- Report competitive activities and provide constructive suggestions.
- Prospect, qualify and develop new accounts that fit the brand portfolio.
- Collaborate with supplier representatives and field management to promote sales.
- Enhance product marketability through shelf management, display positioning and price point management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum three years of selling experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
- Sound judgment, problem‑solving, negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Knowledge of wine & spirit sales and marketing, liquor board regulations and market trends.
Required skills
- Proficient MS Office skills.
