About the role

Join a leading Canadian immigration consulting firm as a Tele‑caller (Admission Counsellor) and help prospective students navigate Canadian education pathways. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Mississauga, Ontario.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to engage prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, maintain strong client relationships, and record interactions in the CRM system.
• Counsel students on Canadian colleges, universities, admission requirements, application processes, and visa procedures.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with admissions and immigration teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in Canada study‑visa counseling, telesales, or education consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian post‑secondary institutions and admission processes.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, organized and able to handle high call volumes.
