Technology Lead - Product Owner

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Technology Lead who will act as the Product Owner for AI‑related products and features. You will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery of AI‑enabled customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer and business needs into product outcomes and define the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Optimize end‑to‑end customer journeys across digital touchpoints and prioritize the backlog based on value, impact and risk.
• Align business, technology, design, data and delivery stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define AI use cases, validate customer value and work with data and engineering teams while ensuring responsible AI, privacy, security and model performance.
• Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans and product documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as discovery, refinement, sprint planning, reviews and release readiness using Scrum or Kanban.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and keep executives, UX, engineering and other teams aligned.

Required profile

• Located within commuting distance of Toronto/Mississauga, Ontario, or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience; preferred 6 years in product management or product ownership.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Strong experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps and outcome‑based goals.
• Experience delivering AI‑enabled products, including use‑case definition and performance monitoring.
• Proven ability to map and optimise customer journeys using research, analytics and experimentation.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to lead related ceremonies.
