Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a fast‑scaling, product‑driven technology organization based in Canada. The role is full‑cycle, supporting hiring across engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go‑to‑market functions. You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for technical and non‑technical positions, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using outbound channels, referrals, networking, and inbound pipelines.
• Conduct structured first‑round interviews assessing technical ability, cultural fit, and role alignment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate talent, and refine hiring strategies.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and engagement.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and outreach strategies to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
• Represent the organization externally and attract top‑tier talent through compelling storytelling.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of recruiting experience with strong exposure to technical hiring in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to source and engage high‑quality candidates across engineering, product, or technical domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder influence capability.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills managing multiple concurrent hiring pipelines.
• High ownership mindset, able to operate independently and take initiative in ambiguous situations.
