Technical Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at DataStealth, you will lead the delivery of complex technical projects, acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams. You will ensure clear communication, timely delivery, and strict adherence to project scope while leveraging a solid understanding of technical concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of technical projects, meeting milestones and mitigating risks.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and customers, capturing accurate technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including PID, checkpoint reports, and lessons logs.
• Manage scope changes, assess impact, and communicate approvals to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, providing regular progress reports.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues proactively, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Implementation, and customer‑facing teams to meet quality standards.
• Hold internal and external teams accountable for deliverables and timelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in a technical environment, preferably a scale‑up.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Strong decision‑making and multitasking abilities under pressure.
• PRINCE2 foundation certification (or equivalent).
