Technical Help Desk Specialist – Access Provisioning

About the role
The Technical Help Desk Specialist will manage user access requests for a range of applications, systems and resources. Working within a fast‑paced IT environment, you will ensure that access is granted, modified or revoked in line with business needs and security policies.
Key responsibilities
- Process access provisioning requests through ServiceNow, including creation, modification and removal of user permissions.
- Collaborate with system owners and security teams to verify request legitimacy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of access changes and audit trails.
- Provide timely support and communication to end‑users regarding their access status.
- Assist in troubleshooting access‑related issues across Active Directory, Azure, Exchange and related platforms.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in access request provisioning or similar help‑desk functions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to security and service‑level standards.

- 6‑month renewable contract.
