Technical Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Customer Service Representative to join Pryor Metals Ltd in Gloucester, ON. The role combines front‑line customer interaction with technical quote preparation for our precision sheet‑metal products.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications.
• Generate accurate quotes based on material, labor, subcontracting and hardware requirements.
• Host meetings with customers to discuss specifications and project timelines.
• Process orders, track deliveries and resolve issues promptly.
• Spend the first three months on the production floor to acquire technical knowledge of our manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to learn technical details of sheet‑metal fabrication quickly.
• Team player who can collaborate with production, engineering and sales teams.
