About the role
The Retail Store Supervisor will lead a team of 5‑10 sales workers in a fast‑paced grocery environment. You will be responsible for daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties, establish work schedules and conduct performance reviews.
- Order and organize merchandise, maintain inventory levels, and authorize returns.
- Manage cash handling, resolve customer complaints, and address supply shortages.
- Supervise cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers to meet sales targets.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of retail supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Accurate, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Basic security clearance and clean criminal record.
