Service Advisor

About the role

Sterling Ford Sales is seeking a full‑time, bilingual Service Advisor for its high‑volume dealership in Gloucester. The role offers a competitive salary, pension and benefits after three months, with regular hours Tuesday‑Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, assess their needs and manage each interaction from start to finish.
• Provide knowledgeable information on Ford makes, models, service and maintenance plans.
• Respond to service‑related questions after consulting with technicians.
• Communicate with technicians to identify problems, repairs and alternatives.
• Discuss warranty protection options and arrange shuttle service when required.
• Collaborate with managers and senior staff to ensure a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and dedication to client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and bilingual in French and English.
• Reliable, adaptable, flexible and able to work well in a team.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving ability and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Honest, trustworthy and at least three years of automotive service advising experience.
